JIGARDHANDA - MADURAI FAMOUS SUMMER CHILL DRINK

Jigarthanda recipe
this recipe is perfect for summers..try it nd ull luv it..
ingredients: almond or badam pisin or almond saucers
2 lit full fat milk
nannari sharbath (Sarasaparilla)
sweetened brown khoa
condensed milk
vanilla icecream(optional)
PREPARATION: soak the almond pisin(2 spoons) overnite.in the morning ull find dat its doubled in quantity nd luks transparent n jelly like..boil the milk nd reduce it so dat it becums thick nd brown in colour nd let d texture wud b like basundi with lot of malai...
METHOD: refrigerate the ingredients before making the drink...take preferable amt of basundi in a tall glass nd add 3 spoons badam pisin, 2 spoons nannari sharbath, 2 nd half spoons of brown khoa nd a bit of condensed milk in layers...mix everything together wid a long spoon..add more condensed milk if u prefer it to be sweeter...finally top it up wid vanilla ice cream nd serve chilled..
NOTE: i've added very lil icecream nd mixed cos its already loaded wid calories..if u dont care u cant add more..

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

Strawberry milk shake
ingredients:
Strawberries - 10
full fat Chilled Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 tsp or to taste
Icecubes - 2 small cubes (optional)

method:Chop d strawberries roughly...blend strawberries,sugar nd icecubes together to a coarse paste...add milk into it nd blend it till frothy nd smooth..place strawberry garnish on d rim f d glass(i've insertd dem n a toothpick;) nd serve chilled
note:u can add a small scoop of vanilla icecream for extra richness...
u can also add in a few drops of strawberry essence,strawberry crush or syrup for extra flavour...

BEVERAGE NO.1 FRESH LEMONADE

Fresh Lemonade:
(serves-4)
Ingredients:
Lemon: 1 (de-seeded, cut into pieces)
Sugar: ½ cup (or add according to taste)
Water: 4-5 cups (or more)

How to prepare:
Take a lemon, wash & de seed it & cut into small pieces.
Now take mixer/blender. Add the lemon pieces, 2-3 tablespoon sugar and little water.
Blend it thoroughly. When you open the blender, you can smell the beautiful aroma of the lemon.
Now strain this concentrate well, in a big vessel.
Now add the rest of the water and sugar according to the tanginess preferred by you. If you want you can add more water.
You can store it in glass bottle in fridge to use later or add ice to the juice and serve fresh to your family and guests….
